Strascinati are a fresh pasta format typical of the Apulian and Lucanian tradition.
This red wine version is made with the help of wine and beetroot in the dough.
To enhance their aroma, it is recommended to taste them with cherry tomatoes, burrata and almonds.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, wine (8%), beetroot (2%), water.
Cooking time: 5/7 minutes.
