Maritati are a fresh pasta shape typical of Puglia. Their name refers to the origin: the union between orecchiette and macaroni.
They are made with carefully selected traditional and wholemeal durum wheat semolina.
Ideal with tomato-based sauces.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, whole durum wheat semolina (30%), water.
Cooking time: 5/7 minutes.
