Lumaconi are a short pasta format. Their name derives from the particular shape similar to that of snails.
They are made with durum wheat semolina and are subjected to a slow drying bronze drawing. They are more suitable for oven cooking.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Contains gluten. It may contain traces of SOYA.
Cooking time: 16/18 minutes.
