Fusilloni are a type of pasta from Campania. Their name derives from the “spindle”, the tool used by spinners.
They are made with carefully selected durum wheat semolina and are subjected to a slow drying bronze drawing.
Their helical shape makes them perfect for creamy combinations.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Contains gluten. It may contain traces of SOYA.
Cooking time: 16/18 minutes.
