Foglie di Ulivo (olive leaves) are a fresh pasta format typical of southern Italy. Their name derives from the shape similar to that of olive leaves.
They are made with carefully selected durum wheat semolina and dehydrated spinach flour, which gives the characteristic color.
Ideal to accompany tomato sauce and salted ricotta.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated spinach flour (2%), water.
Cooking time: 4/5 minutes.
