Orecchiette are a typical format of southern Italy.
This special format celebrates the Italian spirit thanks to the use of dehydrated spinach, tomatoes and red chard in the mixture.
Ideal to taste, according to tradition, with turnip greens or with tomato and oregano sauce.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated tomato (2%), dehydrated spinach (2%), dehydrated beetroot (0.3%), water.
Cooking Time: 15/18 minutes.
