Orecchiette are a traditional pasta shape from southern Italy.
This particular version is made with the use of spinach inside the dough.
Ideal to be enjoyed with stracciatella and cherry tomatoes or with a sauce based on tomato sauce and oregano.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, spinach (2%), water.
Cooking Time: 15/18 minutes.
