Linguine is a long pasta shape.
To make this special format, porcini mushrooms dehydrated in the dough are used together with the traditional durum wheat semolina.
They are ideal to be enjoyed with cream and Norcia sausage or with a dressing of speck and mushrooms.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated porcini mushrooms (2%), water.
Cooking time: 7 minutes.
