Foglie d’ulivo are an Apulian pasta shape, named after their shape that resembles the leaves of the olive tree.
The characteristic green color is achieved thanks to a mix between durum wheat semolina and dehydrated spinach flour.
Ideal to be enjoyed with mushrooms.
