Fettuccia is a long pasta shape. The name derives from the stripes used in the hems of clothes: the “fettucce”.
They are made with carefully selected durum wheat semolina.
Ideal to be enjoyed with creams and sauces, as their particular roughness allows the condiments to be retained in the best possible way.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water.
Cooking time: 16/18 minutes.
