Scrocchiarè is a typical Apulian product. The consistency of its dough makes it an inimitable product, able to condense the strengths of pizza and focaccia, as it is crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside.
Ideal to be enjoyed hot with cold cuts and cheeses.
Ingredients: flour 0, natural yeast, water, iodized salt, extra virgin olive oil. It may contain traces of GLUTEN, SOYA, SESAME, MILK and derivatives.
