Orecchiette are a typical pasta shape from southern Italy.
This special format is made with carefully selected durum wheat semolina, chilli pepper, red beet and dehydrated tomato.
Ideal to be enjoyed with turnip greens and fried breadcrumbs or with salted ricotta and rocket.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, chilli (2%), red beet (2%), dehydrated tomato (0.3%).
Cooking Time: 15/18 minutes.
