Orecchiette are a traditional pasta shape from southern Italy.
The realization of this special format involves the use of toasted durum wheat semolina and slow drying.
They are particularly suitable with burrata and cherry tomatoes or with a dressing of rocket, cherry tomatoes and almonds.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, toasted durum wheat semolina (20%), water.
Cooking Time: 15/18 minutes.
